Cutting process, the cutting speed to ensure cutting wear artifacts, cannot too fast not only cut through artifacts,
may cause the slag burning nozzle, slowly will lead to the nozzle temperature is too high, reduce the service life of the nozzle, and the slot width, residue increase, and may be the cause of fault arc. Stop cutting, to loosen the cutting torch switch first, and then will leave the workpiece cutting torch.
3.Always check the motor, nozzles, such as a serious loss should be replaced to avoid affecting the cutting thickness and width of the center electrode alloy wire or can not consume more than 2.0mm when the arc, the electrode can reverse installation or update. Cutting machine high output voltage, the power must be turned off when you replace the electrode or the nozzle assembly and wear protective gloves, electrodes, nozzles vertically upwards and tighten using twenty-three minutes before tightening again.
